Refund / Return Policy
Any potential return must be initiated within 30 days from date of purchase. Orders past this 30 day window can not be returned or exchanged.
Any return must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). To receive approval and your RGA please contact us by phone at 866-238-8880 or Contact Us Here.
The item(s) returned on the RGA must be unused and in its original packaging.
Special Order (non-stock items) are not subject to return.

The customer is responsible for return freight charges. We are happy to arrange the return shipment on your behalf using our carrier at reduced rates. Please note that the freight charge would be deducted from your refund in this case.
Should the return be the result of our error or a defective product Construction Fasteners will cover the cost of the return freight.
Construction Fasteners reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on any returned item.
Once the returned package is received the item(s) will be inspected for damage or misuse. If the product is determined to be in new condition the refund will be processed at that time. Please note that original shipping charges are not subject to refund. If damage is present a portion of the refund will be withheld.
The vendor/manufacturer warranty applies in all events as the primary warranty. Any secondary warranty is at the discretion of Construction Fasteners & Tools Ltd.

Details
These deluxe lineman gloves are made with select heavyweight 3 1/2 oz grain horsehide leather that has been treated with a fluoro-chemical water-repellent emulsion for excellent water, oil, and stain-repellent properties. (The soft, breathable qualities of the leather are not affected by this water-repellent treatment.) Other special features include our performance thumb/palm patch, which reinforces critical-wear areas with a double layer of leather. Sewn across the back of the leather cuffs are heavy-duty 2" high-viz fluorescent-yellow fabric strips and retro-reflective silver strips for greater nighttime visibility. Sewn with Kevlar® thread for extra seam strength. This style is Thinsulate™ lined for a high warmth-to-thickness ratio, making them perfect for winter or any cold working condition.
