Refund / Return Policy
Any potential return must be initiated within 30 days from date of purchase. Orders past this 30 day window can not be returned or exchanged.
Any return must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). To receive approval and your RGA please contact us by phone at 866-238-8880 or Contact Us Here.
The item(s) returned on the RGA must be unused and in its original packaging.
Special Order (non-stock items) are not subject to return.

The customer is responsible for return freight charges. We are happy to arrange the return shipment on your behalf using our carrier at reduced rates. Please note that the freight charge would be deducted from your refund in this case.
Should the return be the result of our error or a defective product Construction Fasteners will cover the cost of the return freight.
Construction Fasteners reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on any returned item.
Once the returned package is received the item(s) will be inspected for damage or misuse. If the product is determined to be in new condition the refund will be processed at that time. Please note that original shipping charges are not subject to refund. If damage is present a portion of the refund will be withheld.
The vendor/manufacturer warranty applies in all events as the primary warranty. Any secondary warranty is at the discretion of Construction Fasteners & Tools Ltd.

Details
NuFlex® 640 Thermoplastic is a one part, co polymer, high performance sealant. The cured sealant exhibits good physical properties including excellent adhesion to a variety of construction materials including marine surfaces. It possesses rubber-like characteristics and can be compressed or extended. NuFlex® 640 is also non-staining and is used in the construction field for sealing and adhesive applications. NuFlex® 640 Thermoplastic is available in a non-sag consistency for application by caulking gun, in both vertical and horizontal joints.

Typical Uses
NuFlex® 640 Thermoplastic Sealant can be used for face bedding and cap bead in glazing applications and sealing mitre joints in windows. It is also ideal for use when installing gutters, eaves troughs, flashings and siding. Typical uses also include windows and door caps, fascia, F-channel, J-trim, crown molding, perimeter seals, truck trailers, bus bodies, modular home, and recreational vehicles. NuFlex® 640 Thermoplastic Sealant has exceptional adhesion to vinyl, glass, aluminum, brick (unprimed), concrete (unprimed), metal, and wood. NuFlex® 640 does not contain any silicone and can be painted with quality water and solvent based paints after 4 hours.
Surface Preparation & Application
Working Surfaces: Surfaces to be bonded should be clean, dry, and free from oil, grease, moisture, dirt, corrosion, or any other material that may deter adhesion. Apply NuFlex® 640 in the joint from bottom up, filling completely and avoiding entrapped air.
CAUTION WARNING! FLAMMIBLE, TOXIC MATERIAL:
Avoid sparks, open flame or any source of heat. Avoid prolonged breathing of vapours and skin/eye contact. Provide adequate ventilation. Do not take internally. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Keep out of reach of children. For over exposure seek medical attention immediately. Read the Material Safety Data Sheet before using product.
