Refund / Return Policy
Any potential return must be initiated within 30 days from date of purchase. Orders past this 30 day window can not be returned or exchanged.
Any return must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). To receive approval and your RGA please contact us by phone at 866-238-8880 or Contact Us Here.
The item(s) returned on the RGA must be unused and in its original packaging.
Special Order (non-stock items) are not subject to return.

The customer is responsible for return freight charges. We are happy to arrange the return shipment on your behalf using our carrier at reduced rates. Please note that the freight charge would be deducted from your refund in this case.
Should the return be the result of our error or a defective product Construction Fasteners will cover the cost of the return freight.
Construction Fasteners reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on any returned item.
Once the returned package is received the item(s) will be inspected for damage or misuse. If the product is determined to be in new condition the refund will be processed at that time. Please note that original shipping charges are not subject to refund. If damage is present a portion of the refund will be withheld.
The vendor/manufacturer warranty applies in all events as the primary warranty. Any secondary warranty is at the discretion of Construction Fasteners & Tools Ltd.

Our ANSI Type R Class 2 High Visibility Safety Vest is designed to carry more. The high visibility safety vest has 10 pockets including a clear ID holder and internal pocket, providing you with added storage. The safety vest features a quick internal size adjustment providing you with a better fit as well as a durable pass-through slit for fall protection gear. The internal size adjustment allows you to wear the same vest in the summer over a t-shirt or in the winter over a jacket. Additionally, a zipper closure on the safety vest provides you with ultimate job site security. Our high visibility reflective vests are required if you are working around traffic going 25 mph or working around heavy machinery. This includes construction, road construction, traffic direction, utility crews, and survey crews. Yellow and orange color options are available, as well as CSA compliant safety vests
