Refund / Return Policy
Any potential return must be initiated within 30 days from date of purchase. Orders past this 30 day window can not be returned or exchanged.
Any return must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). To receive approval and your RGA please contact us by phone at 866-238-8880 or Contact Us Here.
The item(s) returned on the RGA must be unused and in its original packaging.
Special Order (non-stock items) are not subject to return.

The customer is responsible for return freight charges. We are happy to arrange the return shipment on your behalf using our carrier at reduced rates. Please note that the freight charge would be deducted from your refund in this case.
Should the return be the result of our error or a defective product Construction Fasteners will cover the cost of the return freight.
Construction Fasteners reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on any returned item.
Once the returned package is received the item(s) will be inspected for damage or misuse. If the product is determined to be in new condition the refund will be processed at that time. Please note that original shipping charges are not subject to refund. If damage is present a portion of the refund will be withheld.
The vendor/manufacturer warranty applies in all events as the primary warranty. Any secondary warranty is at the discretion of Construction Fasteners & Tools Ltd.

Bore small, clean holes at any angle in a variety of materials with the economical Milwaukee® 5/16" x 6" Flat Boring Bit. This premium quality Flat Boring Bit is made of heat-treated high carbon steel, so the drill point and cutting edge can be resharpened for cost savings and long life. Bore clean, fast holes at any angle in wood, plastic, plywood and Formica. This bit offers a 6" drilling depth but can be used with a 12" extension (48-28-3350) for extended deep-hole drilling. 3/16" shank diameter.
