Refund / Return Policy
Any potential return must be initiated within 30 days from date of purchase. Orders past this 30 day window can not be returned or exchanged.
Any return must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). To receive approval and your RGA please contact us by phone at 866-238-8880 or Contact Us Here.
The item(s) returned on the RGA must be unused and in its original packaging.
Special Order (non-stock items) are not subject to return.

The customer is responsible for return freight charges. We are happy to arrange the return shipment on your behalf using our carrier at reduced rates. Please note that the freight charge would be deducted from your refund in this case.
Should the return be the result of our error or a defective product Construction Fasteners will cover the cost of the return freight.
Construction Fasteners reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on any returned item.
Once the returned package is received the item(s) will be inspected for damage or misuse. If the product is determined to be in new condition the refund will be processed at that time. Please note that original shipping charges are not subject to refund. If damage is present a portion of the refund will be withheld.
The vendor/manufacturer warranty applies in all events as the primary warranty. Any secondary warranty is at the discretion of Construction Fasteners & Tools Ltd.

A: Yes, the 48-22-8451 foam insert will fit in the 48-22-8424, 48-22-8425, and 48-22-8450. Foam inserts are not recommended for use in clear top organizers due to the potential for damage from heat when clear top organizers are left in the sun.
Q: What is the warranty on PACKOUT product?
A: Limited lifetime against manufacturer defect
Q: Does IP65 mean that PACKOUT can be submerged in water?
A: No, IP65 indicates that PACKOUT boxes and organizers prevent water from entering when it is sprayed with water (i.e.. rain) PACKOUT boxes and organizers will not prevent all water ingress if submerged
