Refund / Return Policy
Any potential return must be initiated within 30 days from date of purchase. Orders past this 30 day window can not be returned or exchanged.
Any return must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). To receive approval and your RGA please contact us by phone at 866-238-8880 or Contact Us Here.
The item(s) returned on the RGA must be unused and in its original packaging.
Special Order (non-stock items) are not subject to return.
There is a small group of items we may stock that are not eligible for return. You can find this list here.
The customer is responsible for return freight charges. We are happy to arrange the return shipment on your behalf using our carrier at reduced rates. Please note that the freight charge would be deducted from your refund in this case.
Should the return be the result of our error or a defective product Construction Fasteners will cover the cost of the return freight.
Construction Fasteners reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on any returned item.
Once the returned package is received the item(s) will be inspected for damage or misuse. If the product is determined to be in new condition the refund will be processed at that time. Please note that original shipping charges are not subject to refund. If damage is present a portion of the refund will be withheld.
The vendor/manufacturer warranty applies in all events as the primary warranty. Any secondary warranty is at the discretion of Construction Fasteners & Tools Ltd.

This multi-bit driver features easy-access in-handle storage which keeps bits organized, allowing you to quickly change bit sizes and types. The bits are engineered to be the most durable, best fitting driver bits on the market. The Wear Guard Tip delivers increased wear resistance which protects the impact bit's fit over the life of the bit. The Shock Zone is optimized to absorb peak torque and prevent breaking. The driver bits are made from Custom Alloy76 steel and a proprietary heat treatment process to extend bit life, providing up to 50X life versus other impact driver bits on the market. The removable SHOCKWAVE Impact Duty™ magnetic bit holder has a 1/4" hex shank, making it impact ready for maximum jobsite versatility. The screwdriver handle is backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
