Refund / Return Policy
Any potential return must be initiated within 30 days from date of purchase. Orders past this 30 day window can not be returned or exchanged.
Any return must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). To receive approval and your RGA please contact us by phone at 866-238-8880 or Contact Us Here.
The item(s) returned on the RGA must be unused and in its original packaging.
Special Order (non-stock items) are not subject to return.

The customer is responsible for return freight charges. We are happy to arrange the return shipment on your behalf using our carrier at reduced rates. Please note that the freight charge would be deducted from your refund in this case.
Should the return be the result of our error or a defective product Construction Fasteners will cover the cost of the return freight.
Construction Fasteners reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on any returned item.
Once the returned package is received the item(s) will be inspected for damage or misuse. If the product is determined to be in new condition the refund will be processed at that time. Please note that original shipping charges are not subject to refund. If damage is present a portion of the refund will be withheld.
The vendor/manufacturer warranty applies in all events as the primary warranty. Any secondary warranty is at the discretion of Construction Fasteners & Tools Ltd.

FREE SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS:
Free shipping is not able to be offered in the following cases:
- Overweight Order: If the total weight of the order exceeds 120lbs or requires a freight carrier.
- Dangerous Goods: If an item is classified as a Dangerous Good (E.G Aerosols or Paints) it is not eligible for free shipping. These items are also not able to be shipped via Air.
- Heavy Item: Your order contains a single item weighing 40 lbs. or greater.
- Oversized Item: Single dimension 4' or greater. Or overall piece size greater then 130" (calculated L+2W+2H).
- Unfortunately, individual items weighing 40+ pounds as well as oversized items are excluded from our free shipping policy. Even so, we can offer excellent freight rates to destinations across Canada. Heavy or Oversize items and orders will still be eligible for subsidized shipping. Construction Fasteners and Tools reserves the right to exclude items from the free shipping policy.
PLEASE NOTE:
Orders with a value of $400 or greater are shipped with Signature Required for delivery unless requested otherwise. If you request delivery without a signature or have an existing Signature Not Required agreement in place with the carrier you assume all risk for lost or damaged shipments. We will be unable to make a claim on your behalf and may not replace lost/damaged goods.
If you provide a Cellular Phone number with your contact information you may receive an SMS notification with your tracking information and in transit updates.
SAME DAY SHIPPING:
Any stocked orders are shipped same day, Monday to Friday, if ordered before 2pm CST. Any orders after 2pm CST will be shipped next day. At peak times during holidays and sales, orders may be subject to next day shipping.
MULTIPLE PACKAGE SHIPMENTS:
Although we make every attempt to ship all orders in a timely manner we may be required to ship some orders complete, holding in stock items until all stock is in our warehouse. You will receive an update on your order after it is placed with your number of shipments and expected leadtimes.
Orders including free or heavily discounted items are more likely to be sent in one complete shipment.
If an order qualifies for Free Shipping but it is requested we make multiple shipments that fall under our Free Shipping cut-off ($99) it may be necessary to request the customer pay freight for additional shipments. Customers will always be contacted regarding additional costs before payment is taken.
DELIVERY ADDRESS ACCURACY:
In order to ship your package, we require a complete street address with postal code to ensure that you get prompt delivery. We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed, lost, or misdirected due to an inaccurate address being provided. Construction Fasteners and Tools will not be responsible if additional shipping charges are accrued because of incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a problem with a shipping address is discovered, we will attempt to contact you and correct the problem however it is ultimately your responsibility to provide us with accurate information.
OUR FREE SHIPPING OFFER APPLIES TO MOST LOCATIONS IN CANADA EXCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
The Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, any island location as well as any other destination requiring ocean or air freight service in any province or territory. This policy also excludes all locations in Canada deemed as “remote” by Canada Post or Purolator. In the extremely unlikely event that excessive freight rates are charged or quoted by our couriers for any other reason not stated in this policy, Construction Fasteners and Tools reserves the right to exempt that shipment from this policy. In all instances you will be contacted before your order ships to notify you of any extra freight charges not charged at the time of order. At that time you can either approve or cancel your order if you wish.

Our M18 Cable Stripper Kit for Cu RHW / RHH / USE vastly improves the cable stripping experience. With no exposed blades, the cordless cable stripper provides safer stripping than with a knife. The cable stripper's compact, right-angle design allows you to maneuver it more easily in tight spaces with less strain on the wrist. The bushing design and adjustable depth gauge deliver cleaner, more accurate and consistent strips across all sizes. The cable jacket stripping tool is not only compatible with all MILWAUKEE bushings but is also compatible with competitive quick-change bushings. Q: What is the difference between the M18 and M12 Cable Strippers?
A: The battery platform is the only difference.
Q: Do Milwaukee bushings strip cable across the various manufacturers?
A: Yes, our bushings are factory-set to published cable dimensions. Micro adjustments can be made to the blade position based on natural manufacturing variances/tolerances in jacket dimensions.
Q: If I replace the blade, how do I know how to position it within the bushing?
A: Using a 3/32" hex wrench (not included), position the blade based on whether the bushing is small or large.
Q: Is there a bushing accessory kit for the RHW/RHH/USE bushing set?
A: The full set of RHW/RHH/USE bushings come in the M18 and M12 tool kits, 2935X-21 and 2435X-21. Or they can be purchased individually.
Q: Can you strip primary application cables for Power Utility?
A: Milwaukee bushings cannot strip insulated or concentric cables. They can only strip cables for secondary applications.
Q: Are competitive bushings compatible with the M12 and M18 Cable Strippers?
A: Yes, industry standard quick-change bushings can be used in our tools.
Q: Are the Milwaukee bushings compatible with with competitive cable strippers?
A: Yes, the Milwaukee bushings can be used in industry standard quick-change cable stripping solutions.
Q: How long do the blades last?
A: The blades will make 375+ strips on 500 MCM copper and/or aluminum cable.
Q: How do I know when to change blades?
A: The blades will get dull and will not be able to complete the strip.
Q: Why is there a reverse button?
A: Reverse is for the rare case that the cable gets stuck or if the user starts a strip that is unintended.
Q: Is there a warranty on the bushings?
A: Bushings are considered accessories and do not carry a warranty.
