Refund / Return Policy
Any potential return must be initiated within 30 days from date of purchase. Orders past this 30 day window can not be returned or exchanged.
Any return must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). To receive approval and your RGA please contact us by phone at 866-238-8880 or Contact Us Here.
The item(s) returned on the RGA must be unused and in its original packaging.
Special Order (non-stock items) are not subject to return.

The customer is responsible for return freight charges. We are happy to arrange the return shipment on your behalf using our carrier at reduced rates. Please note that the freight charge would be deducted from your refund in this case.
Should the return be the result of our error or a defective product Construction Fasteners will cover the cost of the return freight.
Construction Fasteners reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on any returned item.
Once the returned package is received the item(s) will be inspected for damage or misuse. If the product is determined to be in new condition the refund will be processed at that time. Please note that original shipping charges are not subject to refund. If damage is present a portion of the refund will be withheld.
The vendor/manufacturer warranty applies in all events as the primary warranty. Any secondary warranty is at the discretion of Construction Fasteners & Tools Ltd.

Free shipping is not able to be offered in the following cases:
- Overweight Order: If the total weight of the order exceeds 120lbs or requires a freight carrier.
- Dangerous Goods: If an item is classified as a Dangerous Good (E.G Aerosols or Paints) it is not eligible for free shipping. These items are also not able to be shipped via Air.
- Heavy Item: Your order contains a single item weighing 40 lbs. or greater.
- Oversized Item: Single dimension 4' or greater. Or overall piece size greater then 130" (calculated L+2W+2H).
- Unfortunately, individual items weighing 40+ pounds as well as oversized items are excluded from our free shipping policy. Even so, we can offer excellent freight rates to destinations across Canada. Heavy or Oversize items and orders will still be eligible for subsidized shipping. Construction Fasteners and Tools reserves the right to exclude items from the free shipping policy.
PLEASE NOTE:
Orders with a value of $400 or greater are shipped with Signature Required for delivery unless requested otherwise. If you request delivery without a signature or have an existing Signature Not Required agreement in place with the carrier you assume all risk for lost or damaged shipments. We will be unable to make a claim on your behalf and may not replace lost/damaged goods.
If you provide a Cellular Phone number with your contact information you may receive an SMS notification with your tracking information and in transit updates.
SAME DAY SHIPPING:
Any stocked orders are shipped same day, Monday to Friday, if ordered before 2pm CST. Any orders after 2pm CST will be shipped next day. At peak times during holidays and sales, orders may be subject to next day shipping.
MULTIPLE PACKAGE SHIPMENTS:
Although we make every attempt to ship all orders in a timely manner we may be required to ship some orders complete, holding in stock items until all stock is in our warehouse. You will receive an update on your order after it is placed with your number of shipments and expected leadtimes.
Orders including free or heavily discounted items are more likely to be sent in one complete shipment.
If an order qualifies for Free Shipping but it is requested we make multiple shipments that fall under our Free Shipping cut-off ($99) it may be necessary to request the customer pay freight for additional shipments. Customers will always be contacted regarding additional costs before payment is taken.
DELIVERY ADDRESS ACCURACY:
In order to ship your package, we require a complete street address with postal code to ensure that you get prompt delivery. We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed, lost, or misdirected due to an inaccurate address being provided. Construction Fasteners and Tools will not be responsible if additional shipping charges are accrued because of incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a problem with a shipping address is discovered, we will attempt to contact you and correct the problem however it is ultimately your responsibility to provide us with accurate information.

The Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, any island location as well as any other destination requiring ocean or air freight service in any province or territory. In the extremely unlikely event that excessive freight rates are charged or quoted by our couriers for any other reason not stated in this policy, Construction Fasteners and Tools reserves the right to exempt that shipment from this policy. In all instances you will be contacted before your order ships to notify you of any extra freight charges not charged at the time of order. At that time you can either approve or cancel your order if you wish.

Q: Does Milwaukee Offer P-Dies for the 15T Crimper?
A: NO. At this time Milwaukee does not offer P-Dies, but does offer a P-to-U Die Adapter (49-15-PUAD) that allows all 12T U-Dies to be used with the 15T Crimper
Q: Are Competitive Dies Compatible with the 15T Utility Crimper?
A: YES. All Competitive 15T P-Dies will fit in the M18 FORCE LOGIC 15T Crimper allowing users to utilize their existing inventory of dies.
Q: Why Does it Have a Latch Head and Not an Open C-Head?
A: Open C-Head designs come with a significant weight penalty that would make the 15T Crimper difficult to use with one - hand. Additionally, latch heads have the added assurance that the user wont unintentionally crimp an adjacent wire that could accidently shift into the Open C-Head style of tool.
Q: What is the Capacity of the 15T Utility Crimper?
A: The M18 FORCE LOGIC 15T Crimper has the same output force and capacity as all 15T Crimpers. General capacities for 15T units are from #8 to 1500 MCM Cu & #8 to 1250 MCM Al. As capacities vary by connector type, users should always consult and follow the connector manufacturer's installation recommendations or an approved combination in a Milwaukee UL Matrix.
Q: Why does this come with a compact 2.0 battery and a XC 5.0?
A: A 2.0 battery minimizes the total tool weight & further improves ergonomics while delivering 40+ crimps per charge. When jobs dictate greater run time a XC 5.0 pack provides up to 100 crimps per charge. Like all M18 tools the 15T Crimper is compatible will all M18 battery packs.
Q: Is this tool a 30-day satisfaction guarantee tool?
A: NO. To prevent misuse of this tool as a rented product, this tool will be repair only
Q: Can you E-Service this product?
A: YES. E-Service is available for the 15T Utility Crimper.
Q: What is the recommended calibration interval?
A: There is no calibration interval for the 15T Crimper. The green LED indicator provides a constant calibration check. If the tool is giving green lights it is outputting the correct pressure. Users can always utilize ONE KEY for additional validation of output force ONE KEY will also notify the user when required preventative maintenance is required at 25,000 cycles.
