Refund / Return Policy
Any potential return must be initiated within 30 days from date of purchase. Orders past this 30 day window can not be returned or exchanged.
Any return must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). To receive approval and your RGA please contact us by phone at 866-238-8880 or Contact Us Here.
The item(s) returned on the RGA must be unused and in its original packaging.
Special Order (non-stock items) are not subject to return.

The customer is responsible for return freight charges. We are happy to arrange the return shipment on your behalf using our carrier at reduced rates. Please note that the freight charge would be deducted from your refund in this case.
Should the return be the result of our error or a defective product Construction Fasteners will cover the cost of the return freight.
Construction Fasteners reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on any returned item.
Once the returned package is received the item(s) will be inspected for damage or misuse. If the product is determined to be in new condition the refund will be processed at that time. Please note that original shipping charges are not subject to refund. If damage is present a portion of the refund will be withheld.
The vendor/manufacturer warranty applies in all events as the primary warranty. Any secondary warranty is at the discretion of Construction Fasteners & Tools Ltd.

FREE SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS:
Free shipping is not able to be offered in the following cases:
- Overweight Order: If the total weight of the order exceeds 120lbs or requires a freight carrier.
- Dangerous Goods: If an item is classified as a Dangerous Good (E.G Aerosols or Paints) it is not eligible for free shipping. These items are also not able to be shipped via Air.
- Heavy Item: Your order contains a single item weighing 40 lbs. or greater.
- Oversized Item: Single dimension 4' or greater. Or overall piece size greater then 130" (calculated L+2W+2H).
- Unfortunately, individual items weighing 40+ pounds as well as oversized items are excluded from our free shipping policy. Even so, we can offer excellent freight rates to destinations across Canada. Heavy or Oversize items and orders will still be eligible for subsidized shipping. Construction Fasteners and Tools reserves the right to exclude items from the free shipping policy.
PLEASE NOTE:
Orders with a value of $400 or greater are shipped with Signature Required for delivery unless requested otherwise. If you request delivery without a signature or have an existing Signature Not Required agreement in place with the carrier you assume all risk for lost or damaged shipments. We will be unable to make a claim on your behalf and may not replace lost/damaged goods.
If you provide a Cellular Phone number with your contact information you may receive an SMS notification with your tracking information and in transit updates.
SAME DAY SHIPPING:
Any stocked orders are shipped same day, Monday to Friday, if ordered before 2pm CST. Any orders after 2pm CST will be shipped next day. At peak times during holidays and sales, orders may be subject to next day shipping.
MULTIPLE PACKAGE SHIPMENTS:
Although we make every attempt to ship all orders in a timely manner we may be required to ship some orders complete, holding in stock items until all stock is in our warehouse. You will receive an update on your order after it is placed with your number of shipments and expected leadtimes.
Orders including free or heavily discounted items are more likely to be sent in one complete shipment.
If an order qualifies for Free Shipping but it is requested we make multiple shipments that fall under our Free Shipping cut-off ($149) it may be necessary to request the customer pay freight for additional shipments. Customers will always be contacted regarding additional costs before payment is taken.
DELIVERY ADDRESS ACCURACY:
In order to ship your package, we require a complete street address with postal code to ensure that you get prompt delivery. We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed, lost, or misdirected due to an inaccurate address being provided. Construction Fasteners and Tools will not be responsible if additional shipping charges are accrued because of incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a problem with a shipping address is discovered, we will attempt to contact you and correct the problem however it is ultimately your responsibility to provide us with accurate information.

The Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, any island location as well as any other destination requiring ocean or air freight service in any province or territory. In the extremely unlikely event that excessive freight rates are charged or quoted by our couriers for any other reason not stated in this policy, Construction Fasteners and Tools reserves the right to exempt that shipment from this policy. Our M18 FUEL ANGLER Interchangeable Pulling Fish Tape System is the world's first battery powered fish tape solution. The fish tape wire puller's AUTO-RUN Powered Feed and Retract eliminates manual pulling tools for less user fatigue and automatically reels the tape back into the drum for a cleaner jobsite. Our electric fish tape wire puller features a POWERSTATE Brushless Motor that provides the ability to pull wire through a 200' run with 360° degrees of bends.
This new battery powered fish tape puller is more efficient with an automatic feed that pushes through bends faster for maximum jobsite efficiency. The MILWAUKEE M18 FUEL ANGLER Pulling Fish Tape Powered Base is powered by the M18 REDLITHIUM battery pack (not included) and is compatible with 4 anti-binding steel and non-conductive drums to tackle any situation. Frequently Asked Questions
Q: When would a user need a steel tape versus a non-conductive polyester tape?
A: Steel tapes are used in new installation when fishing through empty conduit. Steel has more push strength. Nonconductive tapes are used mainly in service applications when fishing through existing wires. Non-conductive provides greater flexible along with durability.
Q: Can the user take apart the drum and rewind the tape themselves?
A: No. There are anti-binding mechanisms within the drum that makes it very difficult for the user to take apart on their own and wind the tape back up. If a tape is deemed unusable, a replacement drum should be purchased. DO NOT OPEN DRUMS!
Q: Is there a warranty on the drums?
A: Drums are considered accessories and do not carry a warranty.
Q: How long will the drums last?
A: Drums are designed to last multiple jobs due to the anti-binding features. Specific life is going to be dependent on specific operating conditions, use and care.
Q: What is the pull force of the ANGLER?
A: 250 lbf.
Q: Is there an accessory available to brace the tool for pulling?
A: The ANGLER is a handheld tool designed to aid in pulling. It is not specifically designed to be a puller. For this reason we do not offer an accessory for pulling.
Q: Does Milwaukee offer a repair kit for the plastic tips?
A: Not at this time. Milwaukee non-conductive polyester tapes with non-conductive plastic tips are designed to provide a high tensile strength.
