Any potential return must be initiated within 30 days from date of purchase. Orders past this 30 day window can not be returned or exchanged.
Any return must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). To receive approval and your RGA please contact us by phone at 866-238-8880 or Contact Us Here.
The item(s) returned on the RGA must be unused and in its original packaging.
Special Order (non-stock items) are not subject to return.

The customer is responsible for return freight charges. We are happy to arrange the return shipment on your behalf using our carrier at reduced rates. Please note that the freight charge would be deducted from your refund in this case.
Should the return be the result of our error or a defective product Construction Fasteners will cover the cost of the return freight.
Construction Fasteners reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on any returned item.
Once the returned package is received the item(s) will be inspected for damage or misuse. If the product is determined to be in new condition the refund will be processed at that time. Please note that original shipping charges are not subject to refund. If damage is present a portion of the refund will be withheld.
The vendor/manufacturer warranty applies in all events as the primary warranty. Any secondary warranty is at the discretion of Construction Fasteners & Tools Ltd.

Free shipping is not able to be offered in the following cases:
- Overweight Order: If the total weight of the order exceeds 120lbs or requires a freight carrier.
- Dangerous Goods: If an item is classified as a Dangerous Good (E.G Aerosols or Paints) it is not eligible for free shipping. These items are also not able to be shipped via Air.
- Heavy Item: Your order contains a single item weighing 40 lbs. or greater.
- Oversized Item: Single dimension 4' or greater. Or overall piece size greater then 130" (calculated L+2W+2H).
- Unfortunately, individual items weighing 40+ pounds as well as oversized items are excluded from our free shipping policy. Even so, we can offer excellent freight rates to destinations across Canada. Heavy or Oversize items and orders will still be eligible for subsidized shipping. Construction Fasteners and Tools reserves the right to exclude items from the free shipping policy.
PLEASE NOTE:
Orders with a value of $400 or greater are shipped with Signature Required for delivery unless requested otherwise. If you request delivery without a signature or have an existing Signature Not Required agreement in place with the carrier you assume all risk for lost or damaged shipments. We will be unable to make a claim on your behalf and may not replace lost/damaged goods.

SAME DAY SHIPPING:
Any stocked orders are shipped same day, Monday to Friday, if ordered before 2pm CST. Any orders after 2pm CST will be shipped next day. At peak times during holidays and sales, orders may be subject to next day shipping.
MULTIPLE PACKAGE SHIPMENTS:
Although we make every attempt to ship all orders in a timely manner we may be required to ship some orders complete, holding in stock items until all stock is in our warehouse. You will receive an update on your order after it is placed with your number of shipments and expected leadtimes.
Orders including free or heavily discounted items are more likely to be sent in one complete shipment.
If an order qualifies for Free Shipping but it is requested we make multiple shipments that fall under our Free Shipping cut-off ($99) it may be necessary to request the customer pay freight for additional shipments. Customers will always be contacted regarding additional costs before payment is taken.
DELIVERY ADDRESS ACCURACY:
In order to ship your package, we require a complete street address with postal code to ensure that you get prompt delivery. We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed, lost, or misdirected due to an inaccurate address being provided. Construction Fasteners and Tools will not be responsible if additional shipping charges are accrued because of incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a problem with a shipping address is discovered, we will attempt to contact you and correct the problem however it is ultimately your responsibility to provide us with accurate information.

Q: What anvil sizes are available and what is the torque range for each?
A: We offer two anvil sizes: 3/8" (2465-20) and 1/2" (2466-20). The range of torque for the 3/8" is 10-100ft-lbs. with the 1/2" delivering 12.5-150ft-lbs.
Q: Are there different units of measure on the tool to meet the spec listed by the piece of equipment I'm working on?
A: Yes, we have four different unit of measures to choose from on this tool: ft-lbs., in-lbs., Nm, and KG-CM
Q: Can the tool adjust the torque notification settings?
A: Yes, in the settings menu, you are able to adjust, turn on, or turn off any of the torque notifications.
Q: How do I know that the tool is calibrated?
A: The tool will come with a certificate of calibration paper copy in the box. In addition, you will be able to identify the last calibration date and event count on the tool by going to the settings menu, clicking"About", and then clicking on"certification"
Q: How often do I need to get the tool calibrated?
A: Users will need to calibrate once a year or every 5,000 cycles (bolts). This is standard in the industry and is followed by most torque wrenches in the market today
Q: Will this tool operate in High Voltage Environments?
A: Yes, this tool has been tested and is rated to operate in high voltage environments up to 69kV

Q: Do I need to send in my tool if it is dropped, similar to how I need to do it today w/ my current torque wrenches?
A: We have designed this tool to withstand the most extreme jobsite environments but like all other torque wrenches, it is recommended that the tool be sent in to certify that the tool is still in calibration.
Q: What is the warranty on the tool?
A: The M12 FUEL Digital Torque Wrench w/ ONE-KEY has a 5 year warranty. Milwaukee warranty standards apply, including evaluation of wearable components and extreme use.
Q: How many languages come pre-programmed on the tool?
A: This tool will have six pre-programmed languages on the tool at launch: English, Spanish, French, Dutch, Italian, German
Q: Can I lock out the tool to ensure the torque targets and settings do not get adjusted?
A: Yes, the user has the capability to lock out the tool from changing the settings but still function normally. A specific code will need to be created in order to unlock the tool and adjust the settings.
