Refund / Return Policy
Any potential return must be initiated within 30 days from date of purchase. Orders past this 30 day window can not be returned or exchanged.
Any return must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). To receive approval and your RGA please contact us by phone at 866-238-8880 or Contact Us Here.
The item(s) returned on the RGA must be unused and in its original packaging.
Special Order (non-stock items) are not subject to return.

The customer is responsible for return freight charges. We are happy to arrange the return shipment on your behalf using our carrier at reduced rates. Please note that the freight charge would be deducted from your refund in this case.
Should the return be the result of our error or a defective product Construction Fasteners will cover the cost of the return freight.
Construction Fasteners reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on any returned item.
Once the returned package is received the item(s) will be inspected for damage or misuse. If the product is determined to be in new condition the refund will be processed at that time. Please note that original shipping charges are not subject to refund. If damage is present a portion of the refund will be withheld.
The vendor/manufacturer warranty applies in all events as the primary warranty. Any secondary warranty is at the discretion of Construction Fasteners & Tools Ltd.

For any item in our online store we will attempt to price match with any other verified online retailers. Price matching can be done before purchase or up to 30 days following a purchase.
Please note the following conditions:
- The matched items must be identical. Brand, Model #, accessories and bonus items must match or price matching is not available.
- The item to match must be in stock/available for order at the displayed price
- The item and price must be listed on the verified online retailers website
- Any item on sale, clearance or limited time sale is exempt from this policy
If contact is made before purchase the price match will be given as a coupon code. For price matching after purchase Construction Fasteners will provide in store credit or a coupon code towards your next purchase.
